Gossip

I think that gossip is both harmful and can be dangerous. If some one where to say something about you that could be threatening or insulting to someone else they could take it to a new level as well as do something that isn't needed or confront a problem that never actually existed. If someone were to tell me that someone was goin to break into my house or do something to my family, I would not flip out on that person, I would simply as questions until I got the information that I need and go to the person that is supposidly going to do it and solve the problem in a calm, sensible manner. If someone was threatenign to beat me up, I'm ont going to insinuate, or say anything else about it unless its to that person and find out how or why that person thinks I wronged them in some way. The last one has happened several times, and I dealt with them all the same way. Although some have not turned out as peaceful as others the problem was still solved.
